Katherine Gibbs

In 1999 I started my Estate Agency career. In 2001, I joined an independent estate agent in Plymouth and worked with them for 11 years, managing various sales teams in residential sales and lettings. In 2012 I retrained as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser and relocated to the South East. I’ve worked all over London and the South East in estate agents and new build sites. In March 2017 my partner Grant Wagner and I decided to jump straight in at the deep end and set up our own appointed representative company with Mortgage Advice Bureau, with a 4-week-old baby! But we haven’t looked back since. Since then our team has grown and I have taken a more operational role, in addition to being a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. My focus is maintaining our exceptionally high service standards within our admin, sales and adviser teams. As a working mum ‘free time’ doesn’t occur often, but when it does, you’ll find me working out in the local gym, or with my very active toddler.
